Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Flexauliving handles refund requests for paid workplace education and coaching programs, educational products, and related services purchased directly from us. Services are non-clinical. This policy supplements any written contract, statement of work, or invoice terms agreed with your organization. Where documents conflict, the signed agreement prevails for that specific purchase.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Corporate contracts for Regulate, Reset, and bundled programs.
  • Standalone educational product licenses delivered digitally.
  • Consulting retainers billed through our standard invoicing process.

Free website content, discovery calls, and sample materials are not billable and therefore not subject to refunds.

3. General principles

Because our services involve scheduled facilitator time, customized materials, and reserved capacity, refunds are evaluated based on delivery stage, documented service issues, and contractual commitments. We aim for fair outcomes that respect both client planning needs and our operational costs.

4. Cancellation before program start

4.1 More than thirty days before kickoff

If a client cancels in writing more than thirty calendar days before the confirmed program start date, we refund prepaid fees minus a ten percent administrative charge to cover scheduling and material preparation, unless the contract specifies a different rate.

4.2 Fifteen to thirty days before kickoff

Cancellations received between fifteen and thirty days before kickoff qualify for a fifty percent refund of prepaid program fees. Custom printed materials already produced may be deducted at cost.

4.3 Fewer than fifteen days before kickoff

Cancellations within fourteen days of kickoff are non-refundable for facilitator time already allocated. We may offer credit toward a rescheduled session within six months, subject to availability.

5. Cancellation after program start

Once live sessions begin, fees for completed modules are non-refundable. For multi-module programs, clients may request partial refunds only for undelivered modules, calculated pro-rata based on the signed statement of work. No refund is provided for modules where attendance fell below agreed minimums due to client-side scheduling decisions.

6. Digital educational products

Downloadable workbooks, slide kits, and video libraries are non-refundable after access credentials are issued, except where files are materially defective and cannot be corrected within ten business days of notice. Evaluation licenses may be refunded within seven days of purchase if no more than twenty percent of content has been accessed, as recorded by our delivery platform.

7. Consulting retainers

Monthly retainers require thirty days' written notice to cancel future months. Hours unused in the current month are not refundable but may roll forward one month if agreed in writing. Emergency cancellations due to documented force majeure events are reviewed case by case.

8. Service quality concerns

If you believe delivered services materially diverged from the written scope, submit a detailed notice within ten business days of the relevant session. Include dates, facilitators involved, and specific gaps. We investigate promptly and may offer:

  • Additional facilitation at no charge.
  • Partial credit toward future programs.
  • Partial refund where remediation is not feasible.

Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not reflected in the contract does not automatically qualify for refunds.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Clients should contact us before initiating credit card chargebacks so we can resolve issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid deliveries may result in suspension of access and collection of amounts owed plus reasonable administrative fees where permitted by law.

10. Tax and currency

Refunds are issued in the original payment currency to the original payer entity. Applicable sales taxes are refunded where required by law. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the client for international transfers outside our control.

11. How to request a refund

Send a written request to touch@flexauliving.world including:

  • Organization name and billing contact.
  • Invoice or contract reference number.
  • Program name and dates.
  • Reason for the request with supporting documentation.

We acknowledge requests within three business days and aim to complete decisions within fifteen business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten additional business days, depending on banking networks.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Business-to-business contracts may waive certain rights where enforceable. Residents of the European Union may have additional withdrawal rights for distance contracts where our services qualify; contact us for applicability to your purchase.

13. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The date at the top indicates the active version. Changes apply to purchases made after posting unless otherwise agreed.
